Bellow are some races edited with some usefull interpretations! Enjoy (text in spanish)…

My racing history

2018

Championship position: P7 (out of 16 participants)

In 2018, I participated in only two races in the “alevin” category with a 4-stroke kart in the “Carlos Sainz” championship. I finished in mid-positions (4th and 5th) in both races, without any incidents or mechanical failures. The participant count was with 16 competitors. This was a stable year for me, with no mechanical issues, but my performance was intermediate.

 2019

Championship position: P6 (out of 14 participants)

In 2019, I competed in a total of 11 races in the “alevin” category with a 4-stroke kart, split between the “Carlos Sainz” and “Debra Championship” events. My results were mixed; I achieved a first-place and a second-place finish in the “Carlos Sainz” championship. In the “Debra Championship,” my results were lower, with a mechanical incident reported in the third race. The participant count was 14 competitors. This year showed improvement in my consistency and performance in the main championship, though my results were lower in the secondary championship.

2020

Championship position Madrid: P5 (from 15)

Championship position Spain: P3 (out of 3 participants)

In 2020, COVID year, I moved up to the “Junior” category and raced with a 2-stroke kart. I competed in two championships: the “Madrid Championship” and the “Spain Rotax Championship.” In the “Madrid Championship,” my performance was lower, and I experienced mechanical issues in both races. However, in the “Spain Rotax Championship,” I showed notable improvement, finishing in high positions [Rotax championship – One race organized in Braga circuit (Portugal) mixing both countries] without any mechanical problems but with an error on my side in the second race. This suggests I adapted well to the new category in the national championship even in a very challenging context forced by COVID.

 2021

Championship position: P7 (out of 15 participants)

In 2021, I continued in the Junior category and maintained strong consistency in the “Spain Rotax Championship,” finishing in positions between 4th and 6th without any mechanical failures. In the “Madrid Championship,” my results were more varied, with two mechanical failures in the initial races. I felt a gradual improvement in my performance and consistency in the national championship

 2022

Championship position: P10 (out of 17 participants)

In 2022, I advanced to the “Senior” category and competed in the “Madrid Championship.” This season was marked by a series of mechanical incidents or driver issues in several races, leading to lower positions (ranging from 5th to 17th place). The participant count increased to 17, making the competition tougher. Although this year presented challenges, it provided me with valuable experience in a more competitive environment with a larger participant pool.

2023

Championship position: P9 (out of 21 participants)

In 2023, I competed in the “DD2” category with a 2-stroke kart in the “Spain Rotax Championship.” My results were mixed, with positions ranging from 4th to 15th, but I managed to complete the season without any mechanical issues or incidents. The participant count increased to 21, indicating a competitive field. This year reflected stable performance, with some high finishes, suggesting an improvement in my consistency.

2024

Championship position: P13 (out of 29 participants)

In 2024, I continued in the “DD2” category with a 2-stroke kart in the “Spain Rotax Championship.” This year, I encountered more mechanical incidents or driver issues during races, which affected some of my results. Despite these challenges, I achieved positions as high as 6th and competed in a larger field of 29 participants, reflecting an increase in competition. This season highlighted my resilience in a challenging environment, even though mechanical issues limited my potential results.

Racing Progress Analysis

Average Position by Year: This chart shows the average finishing position for each year. You can observe how the average position has fluctuated, with a rising trend in 2022 (worse positions) and a slight recovery in 2023 and 2024.

Mechanical Failures by Year: This chart displays the number of mechanical failures each year. The year 2022 stands out with a peak in mechanical issues, while other years experienced fewer incidents.

Average Number of Participants by Year: This chart shows the average number of participants in races each year. The number of competitors has steadily increased, with a sharp rise in 2024.

Position Distribution by Year: This box plot represents the distribution of finishing positions for each year, allowing us to see the variability and range of positions. The year 2022 shows a greater spread in positions, while earlier years had some lower (better) positions.

Let’s do some Maths 🙂

Performance Index

Trend by Year

Interpretation of the “Performance Index Trend by Year” Chart

This chart shows the overall performance trend of the driver year by year, considering all key factors (average position, mechanical failures, number of participants, and position variability):

  • 2018 to 2021: The performance index shows a slight decline, suggesting that although there was consistency in some areas, certain elements like increased position variability or mechanical issues may have had a negative impact.
  • 2022: This year displays a notable drop in the performance index, likely due to a high number of mechanical failures and greater variability in finishing positions.
  • 2023 and 2024: A recovery in the performance index is observed, indicating improvements in stability and adaptation to competition, although the index has not yet reached the higher levels of the earlier years.

Through all the ups and downs on the track, one thing’s clear—there’s always room to grow and polish my skills!

With a bit more work (and the budget to back it up!), I know I can keep pushing forward and reaching new levels.

Here’s to more progress, passion, and perseverance!”
